We bought a new-to-us home at the end of June and quickly realized that the AC wasn't turning on. Our general contractor brought out Jordan from Conradt Quality Air, who diagnosed the problem instantly—the AC had been completely disconnected inside the HVAC system—and had us up and running in no time. We were so impressed that we had our contractor bring Jordan back for some complex, custom work: 1. Corrected major structural issues left by previous installers who had cut floor joists to run ductwork, causing them to crack. He properly rerouted the kinked ductwork through tight spaces under and around the joists so our contractor could sister and reinforce them. 2. Replaced old Grade 1 insulated lines with durable metal ones. 3. Capped and removed an unmaintained whole-house humidifier (adding a handy water line shut-off valve for future use). 4. Rerouted and capped the furnace exhaust and intake from the chimney stack in preparation for taking down our condemned chimney. 5. Added protective wire coverings over our HVAC exhaust lines so we don’t have any surprise visitors making a home in our furnace. Jordan is professional, polite, and communicative. He took the time to explain what he was doing and intentionally set things up to make future maintenance easier. He also did a fantastic job cleaning up the workspace when finished.
